They got the order wrong, no hot peppers as per order. When we asked about them, when picking up order we were told there was hot peppers. Not sure what is worse, being pepperless or being lied to, but Peter may have picked a peck of pickled peppers but Peter was persnickity and promptly prohibited Jimmy John from pepper partaking.

A year ago I would have given this location 5 stars. Since then, every online order I have placed has been progressively worse. Last time it took 35 minutes from placing my order to ready. In addition, I often don’t receive notifications that my sandwich is ready until 20-30 minutes after I have picked it up so you cannot rely on that to know when to head over for pick-up. Their real-time service is much better-avoid the online ordering, although you might have to wait in line 10-15 min at peak times. Still faster than my latest experience though.

This Jimmy John’s is across the street from the Mayo clinics. I was there at 11:30 a.m. and the place was so unbelievably busy. They had about 12 – 14 employees taking orders, making sandwiches, bagging and deliveries. It was a well-oiled machine unlike you have ever seen at any Jimmy John’s. Orders coming in on the mobile app / website, call-in orders and a line of people out the door that never let up. Hat’s off to the employees who were all so nice, courteous and helpful. More than ever, please take the time to say Thank You!

Got the wrong order, told the gal working, no apology, nothing, I wanted to buy the wrong one for my hubby n get my fixed one, but grabbed it n tossed in garbage. She was rude, as was the guy making the sandwiches. Extremely dissatisfied at the location.

Waited hour an a half for delivery that never came for them to tell me I have to come in, I’m one block away, since 2020 this location has severely gone done hill with quality and service, more like freaky slow, don’t waste your time and money on a place that under performs and is lethargic at getting orders out

Dont both ordering online and walking in to save time. Took me 35 min waiting for my sandwich the other day after i ordered online while everyone that ordered at the counter got theres right away. I ordered online to skip the line and save time and I ended up using my lunch break just waiting for the sandwich and not enjoying it. Very disappointed in there “freaky slow” service.

I order here often (at least 2 times a week) because I work just across the street. The sandwiches are always good and my order is usually made quickly. The one star is for the rewards app. I usually use the app to order and my reward point shows right away. I have had 3 occasions where I didn’t have my phone to order and went in person. The staff person on the register had me put in my phone number so I would get the reward points. Unfortunately, I have not received the points and the staff are very unhelpful just shrugging their shoulders saying they have no idea. I would expect better from them.

Always accurate. Generally very quick. Friendly folks. Easy access and egress. Prices always seem about right. Application could be improved. Update on Oct 12, 2021: Usual little jimmy john was way too salty compared to the many others ordered here and the cookie was not good. Unusual results.
