Same review as everyone else…. we used to order from Jimmy John’s often in the past, and it was great! The service hasn’t gone down hill, it’s just not there at all anymore. Ordered a sub tonight at 7:58 pm. I finally decided to call at 9:16 pm and they are closed.

My wife and I wanted some food today before I had to leave for work around 2:10, so I placed an order for 2 sandwiches around 1:10. I called at 1:45 to check on the status of the food and they told me it was out for delivery. I ended up going to work hungry. So much for “Freaky Fast” should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. Over an hour for delivery for 2 sandwiched after 1pm, unbelievable.

I am sure it is mostly related to lack of staffing, but I will no longer even attempt to visit Jimmy John’s in Mankato. I will also no longer attempt to contact the owner & complain, or receive compensation. The pandemic has not been good for many businesses, & it struck THE best sandwich shop. Lights are always dark, even if they do have staff. Online orders are not full filled even if the online ordering is turned on. People will be in the restaurant & not answer the drive thru because they are overwhelmed. I feel for the staff, but the management is atrocious. And, the owner doesn’t appear to care, so I won’t be filling out a complaint again, either. It’s just sad.

If i could out zero start I really would, everytime I order from Jimmy johns there is always a problem and I mean always. I’m not one to leave a review but it’s so frustrating. They take forever for one, I’ll wait in average about 50 minutes for a sub every time. I always end up call and they either forgot it, don’t have a driver, or never saw the order in the first place. Sometimes I get the wrong sandwich and instead of replacing it they credited me the sub back. I order a blt once and waited 1 hr and 40 min. Called them and they said they never saw the order and would get it to me. They delivered the wrong sub so I called them to let them know and they said they would make and deliver a new one, about 20 min later I tried to call and they didn’t answer. So I drove to the store and they were closed, I knocked on the door and someone came to the door and said they were closed and couldn’t make my sub but that they credited the account and once again I ordered and it’s happening. The management for Jimmy johns in the Mankato area really needs to step up this is ridiculous.

Terrible terrible service. Ordered on the app and finally called 40 minutes later. When they picked up, it sounded like a bunch of kids goofing around. The guy says, “Oh, I voided your order cause I don’t have a driver.” That’s it, nothing more… if I didn’t call, who knows how long we would be waiting….

I would like to say I was impressed but I wasn’t ordered two sandwiches at noon for delivery did not receive them till 115 pm food was not made to order at all things were put on one of sandwiches that was not asked to be put on what so ever or even as asked to cut sandwiches nope not done napkins marked as needed nope none of them either. half hour lunch break but couldn’t eat on lunch break as took way to long this is the third time in a row that employees have not paid any attention to customers requests they would rather talk to each other then the customer.the only response given is sorry short staffed

Time and time again I go to the JJ on Victory. Always disappointed. Slow service. Employees hanging out on phones why I wait for food many times for over 20 min in drive thru. Hours are erratic and often closed in the middle of the day. I will not go through this anymore.

Ordered from this location as the one closer didn’t have a driver. The only good thing about this order was the nice young lady who took my order and the nice young man who dropped it off. Got a turkey tom and it’s the WORST sandwich I’ve ever gotten from JJ’s! Bread is over cooked and tastes down right nasty!!!!

Place my order at 8:30am for a 12:45pm delivery. IT NEVER CAME! 2:45pm and STILL NOTHING! I called the store 3 times and got no answer. Will stick with Erberts & Gerberts because THEY FOLLOW THRU!
