Waited for an hour on an order for delivery only to find out they simply didn’t call to inform me they will not deliver beverages unless a food item is purchased as well. Consistently late and just lacking in communication. However, their sandwiches are great. Just have to wait awhile to receive one if doing delivery.

Terrible Jimmy John’s. I’ve lived in the south, east, and north and this is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced. If you go inside, look behind the counter and watch the sandwich makers throw garbage all over the floor. Then all the other staff members just walk through the pile of garbage on the floor like it’s not even there. It’s disgusting. 6 hours after eating my sub, that was incorrectly made, I’ve thrown up 7 times. Why I ate the sub in the first place was stupid. If you are ordering drive thru or delivery from here, please take a moment to actually go inside their store and see how disgusting it is.

Sometimes they’re not “freaky fast” but I haven’t received any incorrect orders so I absolutely appreciate that…just think it could move a bit faster from time to time and that’s the only reason I gave 4/5 stars.
