So, I’m at Jimmy right now and it’s 8:43pm. They told me they closed early tonight. Not supposed to close til 9pm. So a big waste of my time, and my gas cuz I live on the other side of town. Not cool at all. I think they just don’t feel like working. I doubt whoever is in charge knows they do this at night. Hopefully they do now.

Sandwiches are always good, but if you are trying to get food delivered, you might have to call ahead. Half the time they don’t have a driver to deliver. This is unfortunate because the only times I don’t want to make my own sandwiches is while I’m working and can’t leave.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru line, ordered 2 tuna sandwiches, spent $20 for 2 sandwiches. Brought them home and they were turkey, no cheese or anything on them! If I wanted a piece of lunch meat I could have had that at home and it wouldn’t cost $20. Ridiculous

Fergus Falls location is the worst Jimmy johns I have ever been to. I keep giving them second chances but im done. Every time I go they forget something I ordered and I still get charged. Today I ordered a sandwich with no special instructions but It was missing half the ingredients. Very disappointed.

Staff was not attentive. My sandwich was superb but the chips are way too crunchy for my liking and the soda from the fountain had absolutely no syrup in it at all. It tasted like sparkling water. Gross, I had to just dump it… I’ll go here again but just get a sub, not a combo. Pricier than Subway but not even that much better imo. But to each their own!
