I got the thai chicken wrap unwhich. I get it alk the time at my home one. This one was horrible. Big chunks of chicken which wasn’t very much chicken. No sauce. It was missing the thai crunchy topping. Tons of onions and lettuce. It was really really disappointing.

Good food but bad customer service. Won’t ring the doorbell or knock if they deliver. I went at 9:30 through the drive through and the Manger was visually upset with a rude tone, also made my order incorrectly. Love jimmy johns but dont love their customer service 🙁

Rude girl with an attitude doing headset 6/18/22 at 5:45pm. You should strive for great customer service and consistency. Not rude attitude because she couldn’t hear. We were going to pull up to the window to place our order because she couldn’t hear even when we were practically hanging out the window to talk. Kept trying to order a slim 2. She kept asking about cheese… it doesn’t come with cheese and jimmy johns doesn’t allow customization of slims. She kept insisting we tell her what kind of cheese we wanted. Then she snapped on us so we went to subway.

They place has been amazing during the pandemic. The food is always fresh and they are always fast on delivery. Just a knock on the door and by the time you answer it, they have placed your order on the ground and are standing 6 or so feet away. Highly recommended!

I, along with five others who ate there that day, now have food poisoning consisting of violent liquid diarrhea and profuse vomiting. The staff was snotty, and when I emailed Jimmy John’s to talk about my experience, they questioned me about how/when I ate my sandwich (which was immediately in store) and didn’t even ask me how I was feeling. Can’t say I’ll ever willingly return.

Giving them a two because I never had any issues with them before but just a few days ago I ordered a lettuce wrap and found a hair in the tuna. I called them back and they sent me a new sandwich right away although I had lost my appetite and would’ve just preferred my money back. The workers should probably be wearing hair nets but they don’t. Sad to say I won’t be going through Jimmy Johns anymore.
