I’ve been visiting a lot of Jimmy John’s recently traveling for work. This particular Jimmy John’s was not the fastest but reasonable for a typical fast food joint. I’ve been thoroughly impressed whenever I visit one of these restaurants and my sandwich is done before I can even finish filling my drink. This location missed that mark but had several other areas it excelled in.

Would not deliver 3.9 miles said it was too far and acted like idiots on the phone extremely bad service even after the other store confirmed they should deliver to my location. I have ordered from them numerous times and spent hundreds of dollars there on myself and multiple get togethers for my employees. And now 3.9 miles is too far to deliver. That is extremely bad customer service and have lost my business and I will never order anything from them again. I will not ever recommend them to anyone I know.

Great food. Pickles are awesome. Bread is always fresh and delicious. Chips are bomb. Just great. I always ask for extra lettuce and never seem to get it. The last time I asked for 3x the amount because I love it. Was the same amount as without asking for it. But its still good.

I am a jimmy johns frequenter and I have never been dissatisfied with my experience more than I was today. I sat and watched the worker slicing meat and touching it with gloves on. He took out his cell phone multiple times and appeared to be texting. Put it in his pocket and carried on slicing meat and touching the meat with the same gloves!! You and I both know that cellular devices harbor all kinds of bacteria. I also saw other members of the jimmy johns team on their cell phones. This is unprofessional. To top it off, my son found a hair in his sandwich. I will never go back to the E. 10th St location in Sioux Falls again!

Ordered delivery at 6:26 and received notification at 6:48 that food was out for delivery. At 7:12 I called the restaurant, the gentleman I spoke to said two deliveries left mine was 2nd. That was all he knew. The food arrived at 7:32 without part of the order. Called the restaurant and was told they would credit me for my missing items, although 3/4th the way through that conversation the restaurant disconnected the call.

I’ve visited this Jimmy John’s location 3 times and all three times they messed up the order. This last time was so annoying I decided to leave a review. I ordered and headed to meet a friend for lunch. When I got there and opened the “Unwich” I ordered I realized they made a sandwich. I returned to the store after meeting and not eating with my friend, explained the mix up and they made the unwich with barely a “sorry about that”. So, in short, they are incompetent and lack customer service.

Great service, fast and easy line, and the crew knew there jobs. Or rather they knew eachother to be a strong n trusted team. Fantastic you went above and beyond my expectations in this pandemic time. Forgot my wallet in the company vehicle and there was a line. I come back there wasn’t a line and they made my order and had it waiting. Wow and great experience thank you everyone!

I ordered a number one with no tomato and there was onions in the lettuce which isn’t the first time this has happened. Clearly cross contamination is very prevalent here. The guy making the sandwiches made them very poorly and just kinda threw it all on the bread, making a mess which would explain the onions being in the lettuce.
