Stopped in for lunch, I was asked of I had rewards, I said yes and started entering my phone number. I asked the gal helping me if she could edit my profile and add my new number and some random girl on the line interjected herself and said “NO, you have to edit that on the app..” I was shocked and a little humored. I was not speaking to her & the gal I was working with was fully capable of answering my question. Upon, seeing my face, the rude gal that interrupted my conversation said “I’m not trying to attack you!”

The food was consistent with every other visit to Jimmy John’s that I’ve ever had. But I have to say this is the least friendly and the least energetic I’ve ever been in Period most of the time there’s at least some talking going on and they actually ask you how you’re doing after they say hi. There was nothing even remotely similar to that.

I ordered online, they got most of my sandwich correct except for the main ingredient. I order #17. I got #16. I understand mistakes get made but I’m 20mins away and it’s just frustrating. Everything else was great. Had my food pretty quick and nice polite people.

This location turned down our group of 15 people at 7pm because they “didn’t have enough bread.” Great excuse for a sandwich shop. We were just some kiddies that wanted sammies for dinnie. Now we’re cwying.

Everytime I been ordering here they get my order wrong and I always have them deliver to my work which is across the street, which I get it now that if I want food from here I should definitely just get it myself but it takes them over an hour to deliver my food to me. The guy who delivered my coworkers food today was rude as well towards her.
