Thanks for the soggy sandwich that was delivered and the rude female delivery driver who walked away before i could hand over her cash tip with an aggressively circled $0 tip on the receipt . not everyone tips via card. next time you might find that with better customer service skills, youll get more money.

Half the order was right. Got charged for cheese when it came with cheese. Order a little jimmy paid for a full size one. No cheese at all on the second sandwich and didn’t put on the tomato. For the price that was charged should have got what was expected. Especially when full price what charged for half a sandwich. Didn’t have time to go inside had to get to chemo and radiation.

These guys are amazing. I ordered something for delivery off their website but it had been so long since I ordered last that I had a new number. The delivery driver wasn’t able to contact me and my apartments security door kept her out. I called them when I figured out I missed the driver and apologized when I found out they had the old number. They made me a new sandwich and sent it out again being very forgiving and polite about it. The driver seemed chipper and not annoyed at all. I don’t understand why this place has bad reviews.

What can I say, it’s Jimmy John’s…fast food sandwiches. You eat at one it’s the same as the other one…I will say it was freakin cold in the store, especially when it didn’t get above 70 degrees all day. Upon requesting they please turn the air off VERY politely, I was told that they were closing in 5 minutes anyway, so “what’s the point”

Used the drive through to order a sandwich. Drove clear across town to my home, opened up my sandwich to find wilted, soggy brown lettuce in it. Irritated that someone doesn’t care about or know what Fresh is, took it back, PIC was nice, and had them make me another one. I should known better, and should have checked it the first time before leaving, as most of the generation working in the fast food industry don’t care about quality or freshness, only about how many likes they can get on tik tok.
