The sandwich was good. The problem was the delivery person leaving it on the hallway floor even though the instructions said hand to me. The delivery fee and tip were around $6, and the store is just .5 miles away, so waiting a few extra seconds for me to get to the hotel room door is not too much to ask. Please remember you’re in the customer service industry, and the little things go a long way.

I went to this JJ’s at 3:45pm on a Wednesday, the service was great, the people were kind, and they actually gave me extra lettuce when I asked for it! Most of these stores in the area give you almost non-existent veggies even when you ask for extra, but not this store, thank you to the kind peeps who work here!

This Jimmy Johns has the best workers ever!!! They were so sweet even after I called them multiple times trying to figure out how to explain the instructions to make the delivery to my apartment complex. They even gave me and my sister a free cookie! Thank you guys so much!

Something got messed up with my order (on my end!) So I ended up with tomato and mayo on my sandwich. I have terrible texture issues because of my autism so when I called in the manager (I forget his name and I hope this is the right location!) Didn’t hesitate to remake my sandwich.

Not sure if an issue with the staff not doing something or an overall system issue, but the order tracker online never showed the order as ready for pickup. I ended up just showing up about 30 minutes after placing an order and it was ready.

I regularly wait 30 minutes for my order from this store so I always order well ahead of when I want my sandwich because who knows how long it’ll take to arrive. Tonight I’ve been waiting over an hour. I called the store at the 35 minute mark and was told it was leaving the store and would be here within 10 minutes. HA! Freaky Fast does NOT apply to this location!!!
