Purchased three wraps and when we asked if they could cut them in half we were told they have nothing to cut them with. Attitude of server was horrible. He acted like he couldn’t be bothered with a customer. Wraps were not marked so they had to be taken apart to see which ones were which. When we opened them up there was alot of lettuce and hardly any meat in the wraps. Could not eat the wrap as it fell apart!! Will NEVER go back to this Jimmy John’s!!!!

Usually no problems at all here, fast service for sure and the food is never disappointing. Taste pretty fresh always. I have encountered rude people before but that was once and it has not happened again. … I am very big on customer service… If you are going to be rude or be sour about anything in front of a customer (especially when the customer is polite) then you need a different job. I get it that customers can be just as rude but there are ways to be professional about it (especially if you are a manager or such. I SAID WHAT I SAID.

Ordered from here about a year ago a had a terrible experience. Decided to try again and quickly learned nothing had changed. Website says delivery is ASAP but what it doesn’t tell you is that ASAP means 2 hours. When I finally got my food it smelled like the driver had smoked in the car while making his delivery. Last time I was offered a free meal but this time I would like a refund as I will never order again.

We ordered a #4 and it was the lightest sandwich I’ve ever held, there was barely anything in there. Just bread and a few small pieces of meat and mostly lettuce. Worst sandwich experience I’ve had.

I ordered the number 9, the Italian Night Club. Service was quick as I was the only one in the store besides the employees. After I got home, I discovered that my sandwich did not have lettuce or vinegar. The sandwich normally is supposed to come with these.

Normally I don’t have any issues with JJ, and this was my first time trying this location. I ordered delivery, as I was unable to physically go to the location. I hate to do it, but JJ’s was not on their game. Not sure if they messed up my sandwich or put the wrong sandwich in the bag. Sandwich should have 6 different meats it had 2 and no oil/vinegar or mayo. Not a good sandwich.
