Restaurant staff was all very friendly. Food came out quickly and all correct and accommodated my daughters dairy allergy by changing gloves between sandwiches and changing the knives used. Store was very clean as well. Highly recommend.

The pinnacle of sandwiches is here. Cross your fingers the red head there makes your sandwich. Her sandwich’s are so good it’s got me thinking she might be jimmy john in the flesh. I see people tend to get their online orders wrong but frankly that’s just never happened to me. Even if I don’t ask for napkins they give me them, not once have they got my order wrong. Obv they’re bound to make mistakes but name 1 being who hasn’t.

Food always tastes fine, delivery is usually quick. That being said, I don’t think I have ever received an order 100% correct. Usually it’s something small, like missing straws, sandwich requested without something that is still in the sandwich, etc. But the last few times I’ve ordered, and they have been missing all of that, and then completely forgetting drinks, or sides, or extras that were ordered. Lazy customer service. Double check what’s on the ticket before it leaves.

They have the best tasting bread & the most flavorful turkey I have ever eaten and I’m not a lover of turkey!! Well, I am now lol The meat is juicy & tender. Plus, it doesn’t have any gristle, veins or fat. It’s so much better than Subway. They even sell delicious loaves of fresh baked bread!! I highly recommend.

Jimmy John’s excels at tasty food and fast service but this comes at a cost. Much too often our order gets screwed up with the sandwiches specifically. We do ask for certain toppings added and removed, but sometimes it gets misheard or messed up in some other way. Besides that though they have quality bread and some delicious sandwiches

Very hit and miss with online orders. The kids working can’t chew gum, talk , and make sandwiches at the same time. Very unorganized for a “fast food chain” and there online orders. The kids working on Monday, August 30, 2021 should be reprimanded. Look at the tapes of the work they should have been doing!
