I asked to put my peppers not in the sandwich but in the side in a small plastic shot cups for to go foods and they said we don’t have it, I always order same food in different locations and they provide me a plastic shot cups with the lids.

Usually LOVE JJ’s… however today my family couldn’t even finish our sandwiches because they were literally dripping in Dijon mustard. SO much mustard that the bread was disintegrating and the toppings were slopping through- falling out. My son was literally gagging over the amount of Dijon that was put on his sandwich… and his sandwich wasnt even supposed to come w mustard!! We almost thought it was a joke because noone would intentionally put that horrific amount of Dijon on something…We waited in line to return the sandwiches but it was moving at a snails pace and the woman who I assumed was a manager was griping at the cashier about needing to study the menu. Hands down the most disgusting slopped together sandwiches we’ve ever had at this location. If u like a literal quart of Dijon on ur sandwiches… this place is for u.

Ordered a lettuce wrapped sub and the piece they decided to use was nasty and had hair on the exposed bite they left out of the wrapping. Rude and unprofessional managers when addressed wanted to tell me about over watering of lettuce! Then told me not to go to corporate just come to store so he doesn’t get yelled at. Avoid this location.

I love a good sandwich, but not much competition in Canada to be honest. Had the Hunter and it was made quick to order, presentation was well done for how quick it was made, and it tasted great, really hit the spot! Kudos to the North Kalispell team on a job well done. Now if we could only get one in Canada…

Long time JJ customer, have spent thousands there over the years, mostly at the missoula locations. At the kalispell location I ordered a $20 sandwich. Then I asked for a cup of water and was told it would cost .75, lol. I am repulsed by that type of stingy practice and any company that feels the need to nickel-and-dime customers like that is not worthy of a successful person’s patronage.

Not a good place to work. The management is horrible. One of the managers stalked me at my new job when they found out I had a new job. Now they’re withholding my tips from me considering I didn’t get them with my last paycheck. But they paystub says I made tips.
