Again i drove thru today asked for sandwich to be cut in half and again they cannot get that. Every time. If they can’t remember for the 90 seconds between ordering and making my sandwich they probably also can’t remember to wash their hands after using bathroom. May seem like a small thing but super annoying. 9/8/22 update….ask for it to be cut, asked guy at window if it was cut he says yes ..again not cut. Idiots! I love this location. I come here all the time and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. If they get anything wrong they are always so humble and willing to help. (Which doesn’t happen often) Even with all of the business that comes through in the afternoon the atmosphere is always so amazing. The night crew is so kind and friendly. I do have to admit the produce isn’t always the greatest but that’s not really the stores fault.

We order delivery through the app and this is the location we are forced to use. The inconsistency is becoming more of an issue. Today, one sandwich was made incorrectly. I called right away and was assured that a replacement was going to be delivered quickly. I stressed that my husband needed to eat soon due to low blood sugar. had to call back to ask a second time about the order. The replacement sandwich took 45 minutes! Not cool!

this location absolutely NEVER gets orders right. every time I go I have to park out front to check the order, and everytime it is ridiculously incorrect. Today, like every time I go to this location, I had to go into the store and ask for it to be remade. By the time I got home, I realized they put vinegar on my sandwich…? Another strange out of left field wrong decision. Please invest in better management/staffing

I sympathize with the staff here. 2 employees trying to handle online orders, drive thru, and in store. Only one person in line ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to have my order taken (Arrived 7:01, ordered 7:22). For a chain that prides itself in being “freaky fast,” not so much. But… the Palatine location was out of bread tonight, so I guess this one is doing better than that. Oof. Food came out at 7:26.

I was very disappointed after speaking to the manager at this location. I ordered a diet coke and received a regular coke. I called back and told the woman who answered the phone what happened. She responded by telling me that the order said regular coke. I said I ordered a diet. She then says that when the driver comes back she’ll see if he can bring me a diet coke. I said, you’ll see? She responds by saying, yes, I’ll see. If he doesn’t have any other deliveries he might be able to. I asked to speak with the manager and she was the manager. Great customer service lady!
