One star is too good for this place. This last time was basically two thin pieces of cheese with one (yes 1) thin piece of meat. This has happened a lot! I dont know who in their right mind would make this as an acceptable meal for themselves. I feel robbed! If your hungry and need a quick meal this is the last place you should go.

Don’t try to customize anything on the menu cause you will basically just get a slim. Weird how you can make it your way at the drive through… but when you order it they are too lazy to read the ingredients. Super disappointing. Even with a 35% tip.

Ordered sandwiches ahead of time. They were ready promptly but the sandwiches were quite dry. No mayo and little mustard we had specifically asked for. Veggies were not great either. Not up to JJ standards!

Coming from the town where Jimmy John’s originated – I’m used to knowing how the sandwiches USED to be. The quality of the sandwiches at this location continues to be awful. Minimal meat, lettuce appears to be 3 days old with red tint, soggy tomatoes. It’s too bad because I used to love these sandwiches but I will be spending my $10 at other local / non chain restaurants for a basic sandwich when needed.

The workers were pretty nice and friendly. They were fast, like freaky fast.

My boyfriend and I went to the Barrington location to eat this past Friday evening-around 7pm. When we pulled up to the restaurant the outside lights were turned off, most of the inside lights were turned off (besides the emergency lights), and the chairs were all stacked on the table tops-the place looked like it was closed.

I have no bad thoughts on the employee’s everyone is friendly and nice, however I don’t get how I have gone there now 3 times and theres no Turkey, and another time no French bread. I was told they can’t sub out meats…I don’t get if you don’t have Turkey you should be able to substitute the meats at least. Also I never know until I get there on my lunch break that there is no bread or Turkey so how do people know until they arrive that this location is out of items? I feel like being a big sub chain you would know what supply’s are needed and how often certain things are ordered.

This place is terrible. The staff look at you when you walk through the door with daggers in their eyes. Soda machine has been “broken” for over a month. They just dont care. Terrible..

Very poor quality does not stand up to Jimmy John’s quality of bread I think that anyone that is a customer of Jimmy John’s knows that they are famous for their soft moist delicious bread. The bread is hard and stale. When I called and told them that it was poor quality bread and that my order was totally but backwards. They told me that they are sorry and there’s nothing that I can do. When I asked to speak to a manager she had an attitude she was very upset only thing I was asking for is for my order to be replaced

Came in today to get a sandwich. The two guys behind the counter were making sandwiches with masks below their mouths hanging around their necks. I’m sorry but I don’t want you breathing on my food with covid getting worse. Go elsewhere unless you want to get sick.
