We had a little issue with our order. Had to call twice with an hour between each call. We were missing our salt n vinegar chips, bbq chips, and brownie. The man on the phone handled it very professionally. And the driver hand delivered the food! I understand things happen; we are all human !

Buyer beware at Jimmy Johns in Volo! I just ordered a #10 & a slim #2 for $14 to take out. She asked if I wanted cheese, I said no. No way to add a picture of my Slice of beef on bread!!! Keep up the good work JJ driving customers away!!!

Not sure why people complain about the long delivery time. I know they’re in Volo. It’s in the middle of nowhere!!! They tell you it will take a long time for the delivery. Plan ahead. They have NEVER messed up my order and ALWAYS found where I live. Awesome and delicious. Thanks volo crew. You rock. ❤️

Over an hour to receive my delivery order and when i called the store, they said it’s because “they only have 2 drivers.” I get that, but if they can’t make all of the deliveries in a time before the sandwich is super soggy and all the ice melts into your soda making your whole meal gross then maybe send them out with less orders at a time? Customers deserve fresh orders, not overworked drivers taking forever to get to you because they’re overwhelmed with too many deliveries at once. Do better. Maybe then your employees will stop quitting… and customers like me might order again. Until then, i’m over JJ’s. This has happened too many times and is ridiculous. Went to the grocery store to make at home JJ’s from now on

Came here to try the new sandwich they came out with placed my order only to find out there don’t have it anymore. Why advertise something you don’t have? Plus the guy at the register needs to speak up, can’t understand anything he’s saying. Poor service.

They refused to add even 1 of the items on the freebie menu to my slim sandwich. They said it was a corporate policy.They required me to buy the normal sandwich and just have everything else taken off so I’d have to pay extra for the stuff I didn’t want.This just seems like them trying to increase profits for the store and forcing extra charges onto the customers. Avoid this location if available just got the one in McHenry where the staff is much nicer and will let you have a slim with oil& vinegar.

I ordered for Jimmy John’s fast delivery and a good sandwhich, waiting for 40 minutes I called the store and they told me they were out of the meat for my sandwich. No one called to let me know they just let the order sit for 40 minutes when I was told 15 to 20. I wont be ordering from this location anymore as delivery and quality of sandwich has been getting worse. Thanks Volo Jimmy John’s for wasting my window of opportunity to eat lunch today.
