Got fired for a family medical emergency. Had missed 2 shifts before so i was on thin ice as is . But A family member that lives with me tried to kill themselves and and it was huge issues i was dealing with. So he let me go because i missed that day. I tried to come and talk with reason. But because he was stressed about findind a cover for his shift and me missing 2 other days he let me go. Everyone else there are amazing people and work hard and understood but ALEX is his name did not and chose to fire me instead. And i know everyone deals with stuff but in all and all he was saying i shouldve come in and let my family member off them selves . So next time you thinking about ordering jimmy johns try subway instead.

Both times I went there recently my sandwich had to be made 3 times. The order taker could not seem to understand my order, which was without a lot of what usually goes on the sandwich. She actually stopped to explain what is usually on it. That I knew, I just didn’t want it. The sandwich had to be made 3 times both times because of wrong instructions. I talked to the manager, who is pretty prickly. I don’t recommend talking to her. A lot of waste is likely occurring from instructions that are not included on the order. This was a first that the manager seemed mean to me. We won’t be stopping there in the future.

Sent the wrong sandwich entirely. Ordered and paid for a club – received turkey and mustard on plain bread with no toppings whatsoever. Not even lettuce. For $10 a sandwich this is ridiculous. Will never order from this location again.

My obese autistic brother loves it’s here. He would eat here everyday if he could and was ordering delivery constantly. He’s not socially smart though and doesn’t understand services very well, but we’ve been trying to train him to be better. He is wheelchair bound for a majority of the day and can only stand for a little bit at a time. Even though the location is only across the busy street, the lady that delivered told him he needed to start walking across to pick up instead. This was very upsetting and after she left he broke down in tears and started talking suicidaly and we had to get him admitted. Please train your staff to be more accepting of people with mental health issues. I know this is a busy location and times are hard for all of us… But it’s really important we all come together with love and kindness, not bitterness and hurt.

Never disappointed with this location. From what they told me, they are incredibly understaffed from all of the kids returning to school, so they are working extra hard. The staff is always incredibly friendly, When I do order deliveries, they are always on time, and the sandwiches are always delicious…
