Extremely quick service, and a very friendly staff. The team always gets the order made correctly and the sandwich will meet your expectations. Plenty of parking and only issue is the entry and exit for parking as you’ll see people struggling to figure it out.

Horrible. Ordered a Beach Club got no avacado, no cucumber and they added bacon! These people a little bit off here.

This place has no delivery! Ok so no big deal, it’s the covid era. So, I volunteered to pick up an order for colleagues. I passed on getting anything for myself because their food is less than average in my opinion. But, this review is about the service. 7 drinks came with the order and to my surprise, I had to fill up the drinks. There were zero customers there, so I asked, why they couldn’t have had the order ready for pick up since there’s no dine in at the moment. Their response, “we can’t waste someone’s time filling drinks”. I saw 4 employees doing nothing at all. No wonder the parking lot was empty. Businesses like these are ruined by lack of customer service.

Delivery at this location is consistently slow. Takes 30-60 min to deliver and I’m only a mile from the location. Extremely frustrating considering the brand leans on their “freaky fast” slogan.

Love Jimmy John’s and hate to complain. But 2 out of 3 employees were wearing their masks under their noses. The two that were making sandwiches. I would think it safer for all if they were properly while working. They did all wear gloves. But we did not stay. Normally they do a great job with their sandwiches and the place is always clean as can be

Sure the sammich making is quick, but the food itself is plain quality. My girlfriend actually makes a better turkey combo than they do. More selection of ingredients would bring it up to my preference. My girlfriend likes the tuna and chooses JJ over Subway. I’m vice versa.

IMHO the tastiest bread of any of the various “hero” sandwich chains.

This Jimmy Johns has terrible customer service. I went there on my lunch break and they ran out of French bread. How does a huge sandwich chain run out of bread?? Unacceptable if u ask me. The assistant manager, Cole said that he could give me the wheat bread at no extra charge. I didn’t want the wheat bread as I don’t like it. He said the driver would be 10 minutes. I was on my lunch break and didn’t have 10 mins so left. Then I called and asked if they could deliver it and waive the deliver fee since I was just there and they didnt have the bread I wanted and Cole said no. Unbelievable that he wouldn’t waive it considering they ran out of bread!! Not to mention that my work caters from there all the time. Never going here again and will make sure no one I knows goes there either. Super rude at the counter. All he did is say he can waive the 1 extra charge for the wheat bread. Which isn’t even good. Good job cole. Keep up the bad work. I’m sure Jimmy Johns appreciates it!

Very small amount of tuna used for the tuna sandwiches. Freebie extras are put on in extremely small portions. Subway, potbelly, and pretty much any other sub shop is a better choice than this jimmy johns
