Absolutely ridiculous! I placed a mobile order to arrive at my work place for 1pm. It went out for delivery at 12:55pm and it did not arrive UNTIL 1:39pm despite this location being only 5 mins away. The ice in my drink had already melted and my drink was barely cold, already starting to taste flat because of the melted ice. Extremely disappointed. This is not the first time this location’s delivery drivers were extremely late delivering my order either. I’m quite tempted not to order from this location again unless the employees are properly trained and can deliver orders ON TIME.

I came in for my sandwich with my chipotle chips that I buy next door. John who says is a manager, approached me in a passive aggressive way and said “Hey Buddy, no outside food, get out” 1. I am not your buddy 2. There is a way to approach customers especially when you call yourself a manager 3. No other employee has ever called me out. John was hostile, rude, and not welcoming. He needs to work on the way he approaches the customers as if he had been nicer, I would have left with no issues. Sandwich wasn’t even good.

On 5/15/22 at 12:30pm in Vernon Hills IL location ( where I’m like twice a week) employer (woman) on my order she was giving me her attitude. Even though I ask a young man what I want for my order, the woman was making sandwiches . I wasn’t even talking to her when she started giving her attitude towards me. Then she was speaking back to me with her attitude. In front of other customers. She is probably having some problems at home. But I didn’t do anything wrong to her to treat me like that.
