So I ordered a club lulu add onion, cucumber extra tomato mayo. I asked him did i mention mayo? He said I don’t know. Would you like mayo? Changed for extra tomato but no onions or cucumbers. Terrible delivery times, whoever is working the phones on June 16th, around 530 PM needs to be managed quite a bit better. Very unprofessional, hangs up phone when asked about 35 min delivery time (no food delivered yet) and then stops answering calls?! Short staff is typically a result of poor management, which is made very clear. Expect 30+ delivery times (not freaky fast) if you need to order from this location.

We ordered our food at 11AM. Jimmy Johns stated that it would take 20 minutes. We waited an hour and called, a rude person(Amy) stated that they were backed up and it would be an additional hour. We waited the additional hour and called. Amy rudely stated it would be another hour.

Ordered through the app, and while it did take a bit longer than usual to get my stuff, they were quite busy at the time and seemed to be training someone new, so I totally understand! Food was fantastic, service was great (polite, quick when I came inside to get my order, friendly in general, the whole nine yards). Overall I have no complaints. By far my favorite sandwich place!

These were the most horrible sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread was so dry and so hard especially on the ends of it. It just crumbled. We ordered a totally tuna and Italian night club and the bread was awful to the point where we could barely eat it. Not to mention my wife had hair on her sandwich. And I’m not just making that up. Then we tried to call and complain to let them know and no one answered the phone. Thanks a lot

My sub was so fast I LITERALLY freaked. Ended up in the hospital from how fast I freaked. In said hospital I ordered Jimmy Johns again and it was delivered so insanely fast I then again freaked. Luckily for me I was already in the hospital. Zachary at this fine establishment was the most joyous boy I’ve ever encountered and I will come back every day just to see him. I was told to ‘f’ off from their manager after they never sent my kids sandwiches and was wondering what was going on with my families order. They said they would credit me back for not getting my order…however he gave me food, wasn’t what I ordered to be honest. But, my kids said they would have had something else like subway if they were going to be 1hr and 45mn late on a weekday. No one answered the phone by the way when we tried to ask what was going on with the order cause we live at most 7 min away.

Ordered through a third party app and there was a miscommunication and order was forgotten somehow but they went the extra mile and delivered the food FREE OF CHARGE and that means they care about their customers. I was very disappointed at first but couldn’t be happier with the amazing customer service and fulfilling the order free of charge. Thanks for reading and the sandwiches were perfect.
