I live in a nearby neighborhood and often order sandwiches for lunch during the week. For a while I stopped ordering from this location due to issues with the accuracy of customization, delivery service/time, and quality of the bread (small, not proofed long enough), but over the past few months I have had a much better experience with the quality of food and level of service.

Listen I never complain or leave reviews but today was my last straw. I’m not sure who manages this place but it’s terrible. This place is always closed almost always. It’s basically luck of the draw if it’s open. Today driving home I see the lights on and stop in to grab a sandwich at about 5:30. I go to the door and it’s locked. I see the guys inside and they shake their head no and shrug their shoulders. I look online and it says they close at 6, which seems to be the only location on the planet that closes so early on a weekday. I understand work shortages and all that but I mean come on. This is a bad franchise that has served me once in the 4 times I’ve stopped by. Won’t be trying my luck anymore.

Ordered 3 Turkey sandwiches, all 3 sandwiches had 1 slice of turkey on them. Parts of the sandwiches had no meat on them at all. Common issues at this location, suggest going to a different store.

Placed an order for a box of sandwiches for a party to pick up between 10:45-11:00. I got to the location and there is no one there. Door is locked and no one is answering the phone. Order through the app with caution because they obviously don’t stand by their posted hours. Now I get to waste time calling corporate to get a refund because this store is obviously useless.

Ordered lunch online… the order is confirmed and we get to the location and it’s closed at 12pm… it says 10:30am for opening on a Sunday. How can you process online orders when the place is closed?! Place is a joke.

Place never answers the phone, Ive tried doing an online order a few times lately and delivery is not an option when I’m less than a mile away and they’ve delivered here before! I just placed one today for delivery and then my ordered got canceled. I’ve been trying to call 4x now and no one has yet to answer the phone. I never write reviews…ever! In fact this may be my first, I’m just so irritated with this store. I don’t know why I even bother anymore. I’m taking my business elsewhere! Stay away from this location, Service is awful!
