I ordered my food went to stand in the pick up spot and slipped on the large puddle of water, no biggie it happens. Advised staff hey there is a puddle on the floor. They looked at me yeah and… Therer were like 5 staff no one made a move to pick up the spill. The server was rude. The place was disorganized. Whatever happened too management?

This JJ is located in Elmhurst on N. Ave store #535 my daughter has visited this location a few times and she has mentioned how it hasn’t been pleasant so today I stopped by and I can see what she means… there were 3 guys working and 2 of the 3 had nasty attitudes I asked a question and the 2 nasty guys names Leo and Joe or Big J as he told me to address him in my complaint to corporate. If my daughter didn’t request this for her lunch and I had more time I would’ve askef for a refund and went elsewhere. I will never ever spend another dime at this location. Retrain your employees if you want to keep business running smoothly

Online hours say close at 8pm so i showed up at 7:30 pm to order. As the employee at cash register was taking my order an employee who was outside smoking comes in and tells us they close at 7 due to holiday hours, it’s January 18! What holiday? Just kicked us out. Worst service ever!

I just paid $10 for a favorite sadwhich. Number 13. After delivery and tip, everything was closer to $15. My sandwich had 3 pieces of ham, 2 pieces of bacon, and 2 pieces of cheese. All lightly sprinkled with lettuce. What a rip off. Slim sandwich, hardly any meat. I’ve never gotten a sandwich THIS bad before.
