Terrible. I placed an order at 3:42pm. It said they received the order at 3:42pm. It said it was out for delivery at 4:37pm. The current time is now 5:06pm. Why is it taking almost 2 hours to make 2 sandwiches? I even threw in a 5$ tip. I’d would just go myself and do a pickup since it’s only 4 minutes away but I unfortunately have multiple sclerosis, making it hard for me to travel, which is why I just placed a delivery order. I won’t order from here again and probably will cancel the order.

The only thing consistent about this business is incorrect orders and terrible service. They are usually out of items we want like chips, kickin ranch, or they don’t have delivery. Also, they never follow directions on customizing sandwiches. I don’t know why I keep coming back here. Today was my last day ordering from this joke of a restaurant.

Just payed over $5 for a lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber sandwich with 1 piece of cheese. No more Avacado spread? How is this even possible, you should be embarrassed to even wrap this up! No more Jimmy johns, thankfully there are many other GOOD sandwich places around!

2 hours from order to delivery. Breads soggy and guacamole is brown cuz they were prepared and sat the whole time. No apology and paid full price.

Terrible experience. Bought 2 Tuna Sandwiches on Multi Bread and they were so soggy that I could not eat them. Brought them back and he made me two more. Got them home, unwrapped they were soggy again. Brought them back and could not get a refund. Had to have receipt that I never received originally. Last time I go to JJ. If I could give them ) stars I would.

The people who work here are beyond rude. I ordered a slim 4 with cheese and no matter what I offered I could not get lettuce on my sandwich. I thought this was a sandwich shop? I thought they made sandwiches. I couldn’t get lettuce on the sandwich, on the side, I couldn’t get it throw across the counter into my mouth — NOTHING. And the people behind the counter could not have been more rude about it. I offered way more money than lettuce is worth and they were jerks at best. Avoid this Jimmy John’s like the black death.

Normally, I don’t have any issues when dining in. It’s when I order for delivery that I take some issue. For at least the third time in a row (as of writing 12/16/2020), I’ve waited 40 minutes or longer to receive my order despite being located less than two miles away. Bit disappointed with the delivery service to say the least.
