Just ordered a turkey sandwich to go. After I sit down to unwrap my sandwich I realize how extremely pale the bread is. It doesn’t even look fully baked. I took one bite and threw it away. The bread was totally mushy, doughy, and undercooked. I don’t know why they would even serve this bread to anymore. I will never come back here. Waste of time and money. And I’m still hungry!

I’ve never done this before, but I felt compelled to following my visit. Jimmy John’s is a place that’s been on my radar for a while now, and following a double shift, I was too tired to cook, so I figured I’d give it a try, and let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed. I ordered four subs. Two big John’s for myself and the Ms, and two little John BLT’s for the kiddos. The young man behind the counter, Nigel, I believe his name was, and I’m truly sorry if I didn’t spell that correctly, but he was incredibly cordial. After explaining that this was my first time at the establishment, he took his time to walk me through the menu, and even offered personalized recommendations. I was in and out in a flash, and the family and I surely enjoyed our meal. This might’ve been my first trip to Jimmy John’s, but it certainly won’t be my last. Especially not to this specific location.

Everyone greeted me happily upon entering. The manager personally helped me with my order because I couldn’t see clearly after eye surgery. Great customer service. I ordered an extra 16″ sandwich to support this franchise. Both customized sandwiches were delicious! Thanks guys

I placed an online order at 12:47 pm on Feb. 18th, 2021. I checked in with them at around 1:30 because the order had not arrived. They said it would be there in 10 minutes. Order finally arrived at 2:05 pm. No apologies, no care that it was late. And then the sandwiches were prepared wrong. What a waste of 20 bucks. Never again.

Never order delivery from this Jimmy John’s. They received my order at 12:39 PM and it finally “went out for delivery” at about 1:25 PM. The driver finally pulled up at 2:15 to drop off the order. I’m not sure why this location can’t seem to figure out delivery when “freaky fast” is supposed to be their thing. The sandwiches (two of them) were fine, but the service was awful.

I will not be ordering from this particular Jimmy John’s again. First, the order taker’s voice was dripping with “I’d rather be anywhere else than here.” It was disappointing. The delivery person, whose voice sounded similar to the order taker’s on more than one level, continued with that energy, and as a result, lost out on her tip before she even got to my door. I ordered from this Jimmy John’s because it’s a bit closer to home. My mistake. The restaurant on Lake Street has much friendlier order takers and delivery people. I’ll stick with them from now on.

Update from April: Waited 30 minutes for my order and then it was completely wrong – smothered in mayo. Have now waited another 30 minutes for a replacement sandwich. Avoid this Jimmy John’s if you can.

Never go to this place again. Had to pay extra ! For toppings. U kidding me?? Not at subway! They ask u what u want on it. When I said lettuce etc they go that’s extra! Later on this place. Why u keep apologizing for everything?? Get it RIGHT!!
