Our order was incorrect and when I called the restaurant they offered to deliver the correct sandwich to us even though we’re outside their delivery area. 13 minutes later the new order arrived and they even threw in a cookie. The manager Brandon was so kind and apologetic. Thank you Jimmy John’s!

Will be calling corporate and requesting they have this location shut down or management changed. Every single time I come to this location they either are closed when they are supposed to be open for example go there a 1pm and they are closed. Or like today show up pull in drive thru and wait in like get to the speaker “we’re out of bread try again later” like I’ve never actually been able to order here because they are either closed or there’s something wrong. Every other locstion is perfectly fine. Shut the place down and fire the owner/ management

Love Jimmy John’s but this location was not the best. It’s run by high school kids, at least at the time I was there during rush hour. Some were off work hanging out handing papers and homework to those working across the counter. I asked for a veggie sandwich and didn’t even get lettuce or tomatoes on mine. The poor kid at the register seemed so undertrained he was just trying to hold on until his shift ended.

11:15 on a Monday and no one is answering the phone. They’re supposed to be open at 10:30! If you’ve decided to be closed on Mondays, you should at least update your hours!!!!!!!

Placed an online order for pick up through the app, waiting in the drive through for 30 min there was only one car ahead of me this entire time. If i didn’t pre order my sandwich and wasn’t stuck in line i would have driven off. absolutely ridiculous how long it took. Once i finally got my food it was soggy and not done as i asked. not so freaky fast.

Was pretty loyal to this location for a while but after the 3rd time in a row of coming here to grab sandwiches (at pretty normal times) for my family only to find them closed. If you check online, it says they’re open til 9pm Saturday’s….i was here at 5:30pm. I guess im the fool for trying a 3rd time here? Good luck in the restaurant biz if you plan on closing @ 3pm on a Saturday.
