This is the worst sandwich place I have ever been to. Don’t bother ordering your sandwich here if you like a good, full sandwich. I ordered a JJBLT, veggie and (not so) spicy east coast Italian. Each sandwich had barely any ingredients on it. The “spicy” italian has 3 little spicy peppers on it. If you want a decent sandwich, skip this place.

Sometimes freaky fast and other times freaky slow. So we’ll meet in the middle with 3 stars. Today I was the only car in drive thru and it took me 10 minutes to get my food despite having placed my order via the JJ app. The sandwiches are great except for today. I asked for lite mustard and when I got back to work and took a bite, it was oozing out of every direction lol.

The sandwiches here are usually good but today my Country Club was a bit hard to chew and the photo shows why. I have never had any restaurant put this part of deli meat on a sandwich, looks like the end that’s usually cut off. Guess this will be my last visit there.

I go through the drive through for freak fast sand which, and I end up sitting in line for 15 minutes as I watched 2 of their workers just stand around. Never coming back here again and I highly suggest know one else does too. On top of it I worked at a Jimmy John’s for several years, and by far the slowest store I have seen. They do not care about their customers.

I have not been to Jimmy John’s in about a year because my last experience was terrible. Today was no different. As always they messed up my sandwiches. Only included two of the add-ons are requested our sandwiches were very dry. How do you mess up a turkey Tom?! I was sent to order for the office. I’m not going back to any Jimmy John’s ever. My friends & coworkers agree not to continue to waste their hard earned money. JJs is too overpriced to have such bad customer service and such poor sandwich making experiences every single time! My consensus over my last three visits is that Jimmy John’s does not care anything at all about it’s customers, quality of sandwich, or customer service. I’m done
