Was just there and order a #13, the girl that was there working the Night Shift didn’t add the avocado which I was charged $1.10 and also git charged for a whole pickle $1.69 and was not in my order!! Horrible costumer service since we walked in!

Walking behind 2 customers , we all go inside and only to to have a short chubby girl tell us all we are closed . It’s 750pm surly 2 customers can get service. Nope ! Never saw such a big smile from a worker to reject service. Horrible customer service..take my money some where else !!

A sandwich is not supposed to take over an hour to deliver. This is the second time I order delivery and it takes over an hour. It sure will be the last one. The person on the phone told me (both times) they have only 2 drivers. Well, that is absolutely not my fault! You charge $3.99 for delivery!!! Ridiculously high for the poor service this location offers.

So my daughter & I went 2 the Melrose Park, Il. location. It rained all day & when the server gave her our food, she had 2 ask 4 a bag, then he rolled his eyes @ her, because her hands were full, that he finally opened the bag 4 her, with an attitude 2 boot. REALLY??!! No1 told u 2 work there & if you’re gonna act like that, have an attitude & roll your eyes…..WOW!!!! I really hope whoever’s in charge, has a talk with employees about “How u don’t act towards our customers “!!!!

My first B A D experience at Jimmy John’s! Order food giant sandwiches11 inches, but only 6inch subs in the bag. The young man at the window was awful. Could barely speak or speak up to where you could hear him. I guess it was an inconvenience for him to take my money. 15 minutes of awful and time wasted. Someone might need to learn their measurements.

I downloaded the Jimmy John’s app, and placed an order on my way back from work. I got there to pick up my husband’s sandwich and mine and the girl gave me attitude saying that is wasn’t ready. I had to wait 20 minutes so our sandwiches were ready. Once I got home, my husband noticed our sandwiches weren’t done the way we asked. I called the store talked to the manager on duty. He apologized for the inconvenience and refunded one of the sandwiches. I went another day, and turns out that he refunded our sandwich and on top of that he gave us a free sandwich, which was a store credit of $7.25 (including the delivery fee). Super nice of him! It was a simple mistake and he went above and beyond. Thanks Jimmy John’s definitely coming back.
