I’ve been using this location mostly for delivery, but today I stopped in. The young man who took my order was very nice along with the men in the sandwich line. Great customer service! Yes, delivery is sometimes slow during busier hours, but overall I am rating high.

If I could rate this with no stars I would. terrible service they need a new GM. Ordered for delivery they delivered it without calling. Left it at the bottom of the stairs. Food was warm and there was only two slices of beef. Unprofessional service the store should be condemned!!!!!

My order was definitely freaky fast, probably the fastest Jimmy John’s order I’ve received. However, it was far from freaky fresh… The veggies (tomatoes, onions and lettuce), along with the avocado spread all seemed a bit old. Overall disappointing. I honestly would take a slower deliver over a bad sandwich. I hadn’t had JJ’s in a few years and was really looking forward to my favorite (beach club), but it definitely didn’t come close to hitting the spot.

I’ve given this location 3 chances. The first time, I was overcharged and given the wrong food. The second time, I was given attitude by an employee. But this time takes the cake. Ordered delivery. They brought me a warm bottled Sprite that was EXPIRED. Never eating here again.

Poor first impression with this location. I walk in and I’m the only customer, one of the employees is laying against the counter on the customer side gabbing about their personal life, the rest of the employees are standing around, no one acknowledges me. Even the cashier who was facing me and made eye contact. They waited for the other employee to finish their story. It was rude, awkward and unprofessional. I recommend giving your business somewhere its appreciated but it’s not here.

Frenchie bread was as hard as a rock. Probably day old bread. Shockingly no one offered to rectify the problem when I returned to the store. We absolutely love Jimmy John’s but save yourself the trouble and go to the location on County Farm. Different ownership, friendly service, fresh bread over on County Farm Rd.
