I am no writing a review for this Jimmy ‘s because every time I go in there the staff is super nice and friendly. My husband ordered the wrong sandwich on accident but they allowed him to come back in and they made him a new one, without hesitation. I only order from this Jimmy Johns location because of how clean the restaurant is and how friendly each and everyone of them are . I just want to say if you haven’t been to this one you should definitely check it out . You will not be disappointed in any way.

I walked in about a week ago. This is a little bit of a late review but I just have to tell you guys what happened! I walked in was not greeted for about 15 minutes. Everybody looked so confused on who was going to take the order everybody’s looking at each other heard one person say he does not want to do it.. second of all told him I have an allergy I seen the person put bacon on another sandwich. I told him I was allergic to pork. He never switched out his gloves. From any of the orders he was making, he kept the same gloves on by far the worst food I’ve ever had a Jimmy John’s, and this is my first time back at the restaurant in over five years. The biggest mistake I’ve been in my life to come here that day everybody reading this stay!

How at 11:30 am on a Friday is your bread hard? It definitely wasn’t fresh! The sandwich I got this early afternoon lacked mayo and was extremely thin. I couldn’t understand what the employee was saying over the speaker and when I pulled up they didn’t seem busy because an employee with tattoos was busy looking at his phone. Boy this place has gone to the birds!

I went to this location to order three of their #6, vegetarian sandwiches. The man taking my order seemed angry and in a bad mood from the start. Once I placed my order, he proceeded to make Three Unwiches which replace the bread with lettuce. When I told him it wasn’t what I ordered, he got angry and proceeded to correct my order poorly. This happened at around 4pm on 5/6/23.

Horrible customer service. I know EXACTLY who Brianna Cisneros is complaining about in her review, as I had the misfortune of dealing with the same employee today. 2 days ago, right before closing, I bought 2 sandwiches at the drive-thru. At home, we discovered that one was the wrong sandwich entirely, and the other one was drowning in mayonnaise to the point of being inedible. Stopped in this morning about it and while they did remake the sandwiches, I was interrogated about why I did not come back immediately, and this lady gave me a piece of her mind about everything that I supposedly did wrong (I did not call, I did not know that they closed at 9:10pm and not 9pm, etc etc). Instead of being apologetic, the lady was incredibly rude and even had the nerve to tell me that the new owner was going to take the cost of my 2 sandwiches out of her wages, which even if true (doubtful), that is a very unprofessional thing to tell a customer. She acted like she was doing me the world’s biggest favor by remaking the sandwiches that Jimmy John’s messed up. Even her body language was rude, to the point of almost being threatening. I will never visit this place again.

Wet to the drive-thru today and was told my total would be $17.89. When I got to the window, I added a pickle and the total went up to $25.93 Imagine my surprise! When i questioned the $8 pickle the guy told me that he gave me the wrong total before, so I asked for the receipt. Well… he just walked away. The window was still open, so I asked for my receipt again and Samantha came to the window and said it’s in the bag. I looked in and there was no receipt to be found, so I emptied the bag and still no receipt to be found. Samantha got a little nastiness in her voice and handed me a receipt that says “REPRINT” on it and she said to me “heres a duplicate so now you have two.”

This is my first time going to this jj’s location and it will be my last. The Hispanic lady who took my order was extremely rude to me. She has no people skills. I’m spending $40 on two items I think customer service should be up to par because that’s ridiculous. Every time she spoke to me she had a nasty attitude and didn’t say have a good day or anything. She slammed my sandwich in front of me when she was done wrapping it. The sandwiches were made very sloppy and I was never asked to have them cut. If you don’t have people skills don’t work in customer service!! I rather drive further to the other one in Hoffman much better there.

I came into this particular Jimmy John after receiving bad customer service from the Golf Location. I was greeted by Tyler and Josh. Great Service, Great Sandwich! Acts of kindness only take seconds, in sales and service a smile goes a long way and I am a firm believer that if a guests is not smiling extend them yours. Bravo to these two employees for the great service.
