Scheduled an order this morning for 12:15pm. Did not come until about 12:35. I wouldn’t care but I have to clock out for my lunch break at work at 12:30. When I called to check on my order, the person who answered had no customer service skills. To top it off I paid for avocado spread and there was almost none on the sandwich.

Anything but Freaky Fast. On a couple different occasions, it has taken well over an hour to get our food. The first time, I chalked it up to a bad day. This time, delivery was scheduled and the order placed an hour ahead of the time of requested delivery. 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to be delivered, we called, the sandwiches hadn’t even left the shop yet. Do not order from this Jimmy Johns if you want your food in a timely manner. Not to mention, the attitudes of the employees there are pretty horrible.

Food was fine but this one employee had a nasty attitude. I ordered a sweet tea online but when I got there the sweet machine was missing. So I decided to get a sprite instead. He comes over to me and starts to cry about me getting a sprite. The prices for the fountain drinks and the sweet tea was 1.99. I really didn’t see what the big deal was but he grabs the receipt and slams it on the table rudely. He says “you ordered a sweet tea why would you get a sprite?” Like it was the biggest deal in the world. If there was sweet tea I WOULD’VE GOTTEN IT. I just wanted to enjoy my sandwich but that was really unnecessary and aggravating.

Just want to thank this team for truly saving the day! I had ordered lunch for delivery and had my orders from 2 different places cancel last minute. JJ’s to the rescue! In less than 30 mins – they made 29 amazing sandwiches in record time. JJ’s will be my 1st call next time!
