The service here is fast and kind like most Jimmy John’s. Sometimes it feels like the service is so fast that they are a little skimpy on the ingredients or the ingredients are pushed off to one side of the sandwich, but regardless the prices are good and they always remind you to put your rewards. Later in the day the bread gets pretty hard.

Really enjoy the tuna sandwich on wheat. But lately i realized, the bread shrunk. i usually order 3 with chips and it took two bags to carry it. Now…all that food fits in one bag. Product shrinks, while the prices go higher.

I’m practically a regular to this location and to receive my order almost an hour later killed my appetite. ALSO, when my food was delivered and left on my steps(just as I asked), the bag was ripped open and one of my items was ripped open as well. I’ve contacted customer service.

This location always takes 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. I’m 2.1 miles and an 8 minute drive away. Knowing it would probably take a while, I placed a delivery order at 10:45am. Delivery tracker said “out for delivery” at 10:50. I got excited, because I’m thinking I might get my food “freaky fast” for a change. 11:30 comes, order tracker says it’s been delivered. Look outside, no food. Check my doorbell camera, no footage. I call the store, someone picks up and says “the delivery driver said he delivered it.” I say “nope, no food, no camera footage, and no footprints in the snow.” Guy on the phone “ok sorry, we’ll make a new one and get it out to you.” I go outside and check both my neighbors front patios, and across the street. Nothing. Now it’s 12:30 and I still don’t have my food. $17.50 for a sandwich and some chips and I got nothing. I guess I paid for a lesson, and won’t be ordering again. If you’re thinking about delivery, fingers crossed you actually get your food.

The ends and bottom of my Vito sandwich was hard and they placed a broken, stale oatmeal raisin cookie in my bag. I called and asked for the store manager who wasn’t there, but called days later and spoke to the manager. It’s disheartening that quality of food is not important at this location. The person obviously saw that the cookie was broken and still placed it in the bag. Poor quality of food and employee ethics, which includes management because they tolerate poor service and food.

I visited this store on Monday April 10 2023 around 2:00 PM the staff treated a customer with a walker very rudely. The man asked the staff to keep the door so that he could get his walker in. They did nothing to help him and he had to leave.

I showed tonight up 5 min before closing. The door was unlocked and there was someone who greeted me behind the register. I started to order and that person told me that they were already packing up ingredients and refused to take my order. I get it that 9 out of 10 times it’s fine to shut things down early but when it doesn’t work out you should honor the posted hours and not refuse service. Kinda trash and a bad experience.

This was my first time ordering from this place, but it most certainly won’t be my last. I placed an order for two #7 Spicy Italian sandwiches, asked for oil (I guess they call it sauce), and was told by the server, Adrian, that he would bring me two extra sandwiches in replacement for the subs. I was astonished by how quickly I received my food. This sandwich was flawless.
