Dine in experience. Inexperienced staff but a manager that knew what was up. My sandwich was made sub par so I stopped up to ask the manager if I can get some tune on the sandwich and he immediately had a brand-new one made up for me that tasted fine and had plenty of tuna. In my experience the manager did his job and took care of the customer and that’s all I can ask for in a transaction. Thanks for that!

I work close to this Jimmy Johns and get it when I’m desperate at lunch. They always take like 30mins to an hour. It’s why I don’t tip on the app because the wait times are absolutely ridiculous; I’ll usually tip in person when I can. However, today the delivery driver gave me attitude because I didn’t leave her a tip, muttering under her breath as she left. Guess that’s the last time I’ll be getting Jimmy Johns!

Came in and ordered a sandwich. I wanted yellow mustard but I was told it was in packets.I asked them to put the yellow mustard on the sandwich so I didn’t have to open it in my car and make a big mess. The people working said they weren’t allowed to do that. Never knew it was against the rules to put mustard on a sandwich at a sandwich shop
