Came into this Jimmy John’s and placed my order. Order 3 sandwiches and specifically said what I wanted on them. It was a good thing I decided to watch my sandwiches being made. When I saw ingredients on them that I didn’t order I was told I had to tell them what I don’t want on them if the menu says that’s what comes on them. I again specified that when I ordered the sandwiches I specifically said what I wanted on them. So I was told I had to wait for my sandwiches to get remade. A line has now formed. I asked why I had to wait when I’ve been here. The person who said he was the manager, Sean Lynch, according to the receipt, seemed like he was getting an attitude with me for inquiring why I needed to wait and why I kept asking about the order. Got refund will not return. For a deli sandwich shop that has under 4 stars should tell you something about this location.

Walked in and was greeted by the staff immediately. Nice, friendly staff. Placed an order for roast beef sandwiches. My order was ready pretty fast. We had a seat at the table and ate inside the restaurant. The establishment was very clean, and the staff also were very clean as well. They used gloves and hats, and neatly bagged the sandwiches.

If I could give this place Negative or 0 stars I would they don’t even deserve the one star. I just had someone call me from the restaurant and tell me they’re canceling my order because they close at 9o’clock. So I ask when will I receive my money back since it already came out of my account. He told me in 2 to 3 business days. I told him that I was working and that that food was for my kids who were at home and that is all the money that I had. He said I would have to wait 2 to 3 business days and I said I would have to wait 2 to 3 business days to feed my kids. He Said ok and then hung up the phone. I am beyond disappointed In this place and how people act these days. I don’t even know how they continue to stay in business with an attitude like that.

Pulled up for curbside, no one came out, had my husband call in because I had kids in the car and really needed curbside. My husband was told “Its ready she can come inside and get it” Then after my husband hung up they brought the food out, but they didnt put the drink or the chips with it, so I had to get out with my kids anyway and deal with a nasty attitude inside. I dont think we will be back to this one, and ill make sure everyone we know, knows about how awful these employees attitudes are.

Extremely rude service. It used to be one big lady (Caucasian) she was just down rude that made her Ugly! Now the older black woman that makes the sandwiches took her place! Let’s start to boycott them!!! We can do better and push this JJ out of our areas with the employees too!

by far the WORST Jimmy Johns around. It is NEVER Freaky Fast, more so slow that you’ll freak. I have called after its been an hour that I have been waiting for delivery, only to be told OH YOU’RE LUCKY IT’S USUALLY LONGER THAN THAT! K, fine…its convenient and sometimes ya just want a sandwich. We order from them at least once a week. Every week it gets worse. The past 3 orders I have received pickles that are translucent, and rubbery and straight in the garbage they went. The only thing good is the delivery people, they are always so sweet.

I have been coming to this Jimmy John’s for years and never had an issue until today. I placed two separate orders, one with cash the other with a card. At the time I placed both orders I was on the phone, therefore distracted and did not realize I did not receive my change. I contacted the store as soon as I realized my change was not given. The cashier answered the phone and of course denied failing to give me my change. I suggested he count his drawer or review the camera in the store. He agreed begrudgingly to count the drawer and call me back. He called back stating that his drawer was only two cents short and that he had given me my change. He stated he handed me my change in between my debit card that I used for the second purchase. However, he was never in possession of my card considering I was able to insert the card into the reader myself. He ended the call with no further resolution, basically calling me a liar. I do not appreciate how this situation was handled. I’m sure if he checked the camera he would see he did not hand me my change. We’re only talking approx $3 but it is the principal. I definitely will not be patronizing this location anymore.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OLD GUY AND OLD WOMAN AT THE HOMEWOOD LOCATION. I visit this Homewood location pretty often and others and never have a problem with the staff or their attitudes. Today 8/23/2022 around 1:20 the two old people that were working had the worst customer service attitudes ever. They were literally arguing with me about some extra pickles on the sandwich. I go to plenty of Jimmy johns locations to know what and how I get my sandwiches. At the end the guy working gone say we have to charge you for the extra. But yet I was given that as an option when I asked for them when I first ordered.
