The worst sandwich I ever had in my life. So bad that I am actually writing review. Two slices of probably the cheapest salami and two slices of something was supposed to be capocollo but it was so chewy and not recognizable. This will be definitely my last order since previously i had issue with this location and “freckly fast delivery”

I visited Jimmy John’s today and they were EXTREMELY BUSY ! It’s really easy for employees to get frustrated and overwhelmed but this crew that was working was sooooo kind and handled it very well ! I was shook on how fast I received my food ! GREAT JOB !

Tried calling ahead to place a pickup order. This was a very painful 5 minute conversation with the employee on 11/06/21 at approximately 6:35pm. I had to cancel that order and placed an order in the store for 5 sandwiches because she said my 5 sandwich order would take 30 minutes. I get inside the store and there is nobody in this place. My 5 sandwiches were made in 5 minutes. They weren’t too happy to take my $45 order. This labor shortage is probably to blame. I hope the franchise owner reads this and educates his staff on the importance of good customer service.

This is the only Jimmy John’s that always gets the order right. The employees here always acknowledge you right when you walk in the door and are very kind and quick. This location is farther than the other 2 from where I live, but I still come to this location because I know they’ll get my order correct.
