The bread was hard and my other sandwich was missing. I called the store and the employee that answered was very rude, after I explained to him 1 of my sandwiches was missing. I ordered on door dash, but apparently they use their own drivers through doordash is what I was told when calling. The bottoms of the bread on both sandwiches were pretty hard. I was able to knock on it with my knuckles pretty hard and not cause any damage to the bread. I even had to put my weight onto my knife just to cut through. One wasn’t as bad as the other. My child was still able to eat it.

We ordered food and waited an hour to receive it. After calling we were told it would come as soon as they could. The delivery girl called and gave us attitude and told us she was knocking for ten minutes and she was leaving it outside. We were sitting right by the front door and she did not knock at all and when we opened the door the bag was on its side like she threw it there. Thank you for that 🙂

As good of quality and price as any other Jimmy Johns, when I order ahead I usually have no issues on my food being ready before I arrive at the store. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the app or not but this location, when I order pick up from the app, usually does not have any or much of a chip selection available, which is disappointing.
