DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Their customer service is horrible, they will ruin your order EVERY SINGLE TIME, and if you call to ask them to fix it they will call you a liar, tell you off and refuse to help you. I had to call Corporate to get a refund. Never have I experienced such rude service over a nasty $5 sub.. this will be the last time I give this company my money.

Don’t ordering online I gotta walk in for my order next time because this is the second time they mess my order up. I order 6 kickin ranches I get 0. I choose red velvet I get chocolate chip. Whoever’s working in there just throws everything in the box doesn’t even check the order if it’s right

On 9/21/22 around 12pm I submitted an order through DoorDash which showed this location was accepting delivery orders. After placing my order I get a call from a white male who tells me they don’t have drivers and I would need to come pick my order up. Mind you I am at work and my whole reasoning for placing the order through DoorDash is because the workers were not answering in the first place. I told the worker I would not be able to pick this order up, he said then you will need to call DoorDash customer service to get your money back, I mentioned that it’s is there job to cancel the order through DoorDash to let them know they can not fulfill the order. I told the worker why do they show they are accepting delievery orders on DoorDash if they aren’t, he tells me they “forgot” to turn it off. I then get on the phone with the young man’s ignorant white Female co worker, who yells “I don’t care if you get your money back, that’s not my problem” she then proceeded to hang up in my face. I called back and got the ignorant woman’s name which is “Kayla” if they were even telling the truth. If this is how This location deals with problems I would never recommend anyone to even get a free cup of water from them. The ignorant white female needs to be fired for how she speaks to customers, I will make sure I keep complaining until they get rid of this entitled ignorant woman. I hope she sees this, because I will be calling corporate next sweetie.

I’d give them no stars honestly.. I’m never the type to complain ever but my order took over an hour long asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do nothing .. called twice and when my order finally got here I didn’t get my drink so called for the 3rd time and they finally honored the refund and told me to pick it up next time very rudely .. don’t go here

The manager of this store is the rudest person I’ve ever met. It’s extremely disappointing that 50% of the order delivered to us was wrong and it took THREE times coming out here for them to get it right. However, mistakes happen and we’re happy to be patient. We order from this store about 3 times per week. But the manager, Justin, was unbelievably rude. As if WE were the ones making the mistake. He literally yelled at one of us and hung up on another. I checked my app and we spend on average about $100/week at this store. Sad to say I will no longer patronize this place. Mistakes happen. How they’re handled is what matters. Epic fail.
