Google needs to implement a 0 stars rule because that’s what my experience deserves. I was just their 39 minutes ago and their was supposed to be a different guy taking my order but this dude employee took my order instead. Not only was he pressuring me to size up my sandwich when I politely asked for a six inch, but when I ordered another sandwich he put it in as 12 inch instead of asking me what size I wanted. Than he rudely left to make my sandwich and didn’t give me a recipe. The whole time he interacted with me he used a unpleasant tone and looked annoyed to even be taking my order. Overall I feel bad for leaving this review because I am NEVER the type to be hating on people and usually am quiet if someone’s rude to me but this guy really set the edge on me.

Walked in and a staff person was not wearing a mask. He was spreading mayo on a sandwich with his finger (wearing a glove). I thought he might grab a mask but he didn’t so we left. The sign on the door says we follow CDC guidelines. I guess they don’t. Thought the manager might step up and say put a mask on but nope.

Only reason I gave one star is because you have to give one in order to leave a review. Lunch was supposed to be delivered at 11:30 and at noon, still no lunch. Called at 11:45 was told it would be there in a couple of minutes. At noon when I called back, I was told they were busy and everyone wants their lunch. Well, now my lunch break is over so I get no lunch. We will void your order. Wow, great customer service!

Ordered a vegetarian, which is what I always get. Does this amount of cheese look normal? Also, where’s the avocado? I was mad when I got home, so I called. Manager stated it was my fault “because you watched them make it” and “i didn’t read the menu about the extra cheese.” Thanks, but I know the JJ menu, and I’ve never had to disassemble the sandwich throw away half the cheese. I guess it is my bad for not counting the cheese slices as it was being made. I’ll never go back to this location.
