Got two sandwiches and a wrap and they messed up a sandwich by forgetting the cheese. Turned all the way back around only for them to not remake the sandwich and and just hand two slices of cheese without eye contact. Not the best customer service and obviously didn’t care.

Skimpy all the way around. Hardly any mayo a table spoon of lettuce and meat on only 3/4 of the sandwhich. What’s the sense of offer the customize your sandwhich option asked for extra may and onions and did not get either. Worst experience ever. Will not be back. I can’t wait till a Jersey Mikes opens in Yorkville!! This Jimmy johns is horrible!

I saw your commercial yesterday and HAD TO ORDER FROM YOU! My mouth was watering! I ordered the ‘Gargantuan’ and I couldn’t be happier! Went on 10/2/21. Young man who took my order then coughed into his hand, rubbed his nose, took his hat off, shook his long hair all over the sandwich making area, then put on “clean” gloves with out washing his hands to make my sandwiches. I complained to the guy I thought was his supervisor and asked he not touch my food. Was told it was fine, he put on new gloves! It’s not fine, you touch the out side of the “clean” gloves with your dirty hands. He then made my sandwich anyway and continued to touch his face and hair. I threw them away when I got home. How gross.

Always “Freaky Fast” Sandwiches are fresh! So far our orders are always made correctly which is great because we have stuff taken off of some Sandwiches and add-ons on others. Friendly staff that doesn’t seem annoyed that you came in or have a special order!!! That actually means a lot because so many places act like you’re inconveniencing them by coming in!!! This store is a very consistent store! They seem to have a great staff and management as far as I can tell. No complaints except being outside of the delivery area, but they can’t deliver everywhere they wouldn’t be “Freaky Fast” if they did!!!
