“Freaky fast” more like absurdly slow. I sit here typing this review as I hit 30 minutes of watching my sandwich order sit in your shop and not be worked on nor delivered. Should change your slogan if you’re going to take longer than most pizza places take make a full order.

One star when the Indian guy is there, 4 stars if not. If this guy is the owner then everyone needs to stop going until he sells it or closes it. If he is the manager then he needs to be fired. Pickup when he is there takes forever. He can’t multi task and you have to wait for everyone in front of you to order until you can even get his attention. I travel for a living and this is the only location I’ve been to that doesn’t have a storage shelf for pickup. if that is supposed to be standard then the franchisor needs to enforce it.

Asked for five sandwiches, explained the order five times over, and the lady making the sandwiches still completely messed up three of them. Two of the sandwiches were literally slim ones the only thing that goes on there is ham and cheese and she forgot the cheese. She only got the other two sandwiches correct because I caught her in the act of messing them up while I was paying

I really don’t understand, if you were wrong about something, why fight the customer on it? I was just waiting in line while the owner? Was arguing with a customer in front of me. This was a few days ago. If you’re going to be rude to your customers then you shouldn’t be running anything. Very disappointing, not coming here again.

I usually don’t write reviews but this really tussled my feathers! I go to this location a bunch….I have never had a problem except for today. The manager? The man who is the cashier was extremely rude. I stopped at Burgers King right before coming here-for my youngest child who won’t eat a sub. The cup holding her slushy was leaking- no problem…I’ll just get a cup at Jimmy Johns to put it in….walk in (holding the leaking slushy) ask the guy for a cup & he literally tells me NO can’t do it unless I pay for it! I was like I’m ordering food with drinks just need extra cup! Nope was 100% serious, wanted me to buy a cup….like don’t people every ask for cups for water?? Give me one of those! He was acting like I was going to steal a soft drink! Such a same because this is our normal Jimmy Johns…if my child forgets lunch I ordered & have it delivered to school but I will NEVER go back to the EP location & will tell everyone I know how ridiculous this place is! Who does that? Unpleasant staff!

The new chicken sandwich is shredded. Ordered and basically had to look at 2 tablespoons of tuna like consistency on the sub and felt like it wasn’t worth it at all. Tasteful forsure but not enough topping or meat. 25 for the sub chips and pop including 5 for delivery. Bread was fresh pop is fresh sub 2 out of 5 stars based on price and quantity on the sub. Looks nothing like the picture
