I ordered a veggie delight and I get this… then I said oh its fine I’ll just remove the turkey, and i find a piece of hair in my sandwich. I hope the manager sees this post and reaches out to me. Waste of money and time. I can’t drive all the way back they’re closed. I want a refund or gift card because this is unacceptable.

I love making this location part of my daily routine and the smell of fresh bread as I come in in the staff is always happy and cheerful to see me and ready to take my order exactly as I want , and before you know I filled my pop my sandwich was finished was very fast ! First time trying Jimmy Johns and YOU have to go! The sandwiches is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service I received was amazing and I will definitely be back again. I went to this Jimmy John’s and ordered a sandwich I told the cashier as well as the sandwich maker that I did not want tomatoes on my sandwich. After receiving my food I began eating and noticed that it had tomatoes that I am highly allergic to. I went back in and told the cashier and sandwich maker who identified her self as being the manager and was rudely told to leave that the store was closed and she was trying to go home. She did nothing to try to accommodate me the only thing she said was my bad after I informed her that I was allergic to the tomatoes. She then refused to give me the store number or provide me with her name. I ended up having an allergic reaction do to her incompetence. This woman was deliberately indifferent to my health and safety and failed to take the proper steps to prevent any risk of harm. I will be contacting the corporate office and possibly legal consultation. This issue could have simply been resolved be refunding my money or remaking my food. Instead I was cursed out and told to leave the store. She even went so far as to call her boyfriend to come to the store to harm me. I’m sure this is not Jimmy John’s customer service policy and this type of behavior is totally unacceptable
