Placed an online order today. It wasn’t ready when I got there…. No biggie. I ordered three meals. I asked for a drink carrier, they don’t have any. Strike One. They placed all my food in one small bag. Smashed the chips and the sandwiches. No napkins were included. Strike two. Didn’t include the yellow mustard packets. Strike three. I addressed my concerns and the employee shrugged it off. Food costs too much for customer service to be forgotten.

NOT FREAKY FAST AT ALL!!! I have ordered twice from here for delivery well in advanced of a specified time frame. Both times I am sitting here 30 minutes and more beyond this delivery window with no food. And both times this means a kid that will not eat their lunch until after the second game of a double header. Time to go across the street for sandwiches.

Every single goddam time I have ever gone to this store my order is wrong. Every single time. There’s a whole 4 things on it, and this is too much. Every goddam time. I pay extra for bacon, there’s no bacon. Sandwich comes with cheese, there’s no cheese. I stopped going for months, went back today, and of course, it’s wrong.
