The food is good only when they get my order correct. Everytime I freaking order from this place I specifically say”JUST turkey,cheese, and bacon” because I am allergic to everything else. I need better service because seeing my friends eat without me makes me hungry, then I have to wait another long minute for my food to arrive for the second time. I would also like your delivery employees to carry a good amount of cash so they can pay me back the exact amount, I’m not rich I need my exact money back. Not 4 dollars off. Thank you.

Cant read basic directions correctly. Asked for a hunters club and a counrty club with specific toppings and they put the hunters club toppings on the country and vice versa. Everytime i order more than 1 sandwich they are messed up.. very unhappy…

We stopped here to grab the chicken caesar wrap we get to the window got told they didn’t have the meat unfrozen then told us to drive around again to reorder something else we get home to find out the order was messed up….not very pleased with the customer service or that we receiving the wrong order.

The sandwiches tasted great. But they need to pay attention to what is ordered. We marked for the Blt to be cut in half, it wasn’t. My turkey on wheat is supposed to cut in half, it wasn’t. That was weird. The pickle was supposed to be quartered, it was whole. We did get our 2 napkins though! The delivery guy was very nice. It is those little things that makes me want to choose your restaurant.

Foods good from this location but the last time I ordered from there and had it delivered was not so good. The paper bag with my sandwich in it smelled so strong of cigarette smoke I kinda lost my appetite. I threw the bag away and said whatever, doesn’t hurt the sandwich I guess. But then I kept smelling it, and realized the smoke smell was literally on the paper drink cup too. They need to tell their delivery drivers that smoking isn’t allowed while they got peoples food in the car. Or maybe have their delivery drivers put the food in like a bag kind of like other delivery restaurants do.. Just nasty.

Usually very good. But I will never understand why they charge for cheese. It should just be included on all sandwiches!! If someone doesn’t want cheese they can say NO cheese please. I mean after all, we do pay enough for the sandwich as it is.
