Didn’t have the actual time to go in but ordered online. Online ordering was easy. Went through drive thru. Was fast easy and food was great. Was a whole lot cheaper then Subway ( especially when the Subways here in or towns don’t except coupons for almost anything) and tasted just the same or better.

This Jimmy John’s is so hit or miss when it comes to the quality of the food, particularly the unwiches. My sandwich on this visit was good, but the other half’s unwich had so much wilted brown lettuce… It was gross.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, I live 4 blocks away, they said 35 minutes delivery , been waiting over 1 1/2 hrs and still no sandwiches, but when we called 15 minutes ago they said they’d be delivered in a few minutes… smh horrible service!!!!!!

Always love that the meat is sliced in store so fresh. Oil and vinegar is great addition to sandwiches. I’ve had both breads and an unwich enjoyed it every way.

Can’t say anything about the food, but when my elderly mother needed to use the bathroom, and the place we were going for breakfast had their lobby closed, the very nice young woman who was prepping to open allowed us to come in to use the facilities. Rock Star service in my book!

Possibly the worst experience of my life at a Jimmy Johns. The staff was beyond rude and unprofessional, the order taker who seemed annoyed by my very existence, giving me attitude, mumbling under his breath, and was openly swearing while taking our order. After I asked politely for him to clarify something, he blew up and literally walked away and then out of the store! I was shocked we were there for under 5 minutes and and entire incident unfolded! The employee closest to us blandly justified the rude behavior by saying that the angry order taker was “having a bad day” like this was normal and acceptable behavior! The store just opened and there was zero rush so we had no idea what was going on. I literally asked out loud to no one in particular if we should leave? Then someone flagged who we thought was the shift manager(?), who came over to continue taking our order. After that drama, there was no care or quality put into making in our sandwiches (which also were missing items we paid for), the unhappy worker (they all seemed unhappy) who made our sandwiches just dumped them on the counter at signaled for us to pick up our order, we had to bag them ourselves!!!! To make matters worse, and we never received a receipt so I had to pay $18 out-of-pocket for abrasive unprofessional rude behavior and a bag of depression masked as food. My co-worker refused to eat his out of fear that it was contaminated due to the attitude of the employees. Next time we will choose McDonalds.

Ok so I haven’t ordered in a long time as I wasn’t impressed and this experience was no different. The food was just thrown together so a big mess when opened. The chips that were part of the combos weren’t in our order. The soda flavor needed changed as it was like drinking club soda and here’s the best part……. I ordered no tomatoes as I’m allergic and what was on there…… Yup tomatoes so the one part of my meal I did get I couldn’t even eat. I ordered delivery so going back to get corrected food was not an option. I will NOT return.
