Food was good. Service wasgood for a busy lunch. However, a female employee wearing, not a nose stud(jewelry) but a nose ring like livestock have, keeped rubbing it as food was being prepared. That should be addressed by management with the employee. Just like blowing your nose, adjusting or handling of said nose ring should be done in private, away from customers AND CUSTOMER’S FOOD PREPERATION AREA.

I requested my sandwich be cut in half and it was not. They ran out of Co2 and were kind enough to call and let me change my choice of beverage. Downside was having to wait 20 minutes for delivery and my bottled soda was shaken when arrived. Must have been a weird day because any other time it is amazing service. Will still order again.

I read the menu ordered our sandwiches. And they put Mayo on our sandwiches I read to them what menu said. They exchanged one . But the other I kept. Because I don’t get sick from Mayo. But hubby does. They gave me a hard time even came out to read menu. Saw it didn’t say mayo. Said we put it on all sandwiches.

Well, I love Jimmy Johns, but how did I never notice that they gut your roll & throw away the middle. That’s the BEST part! Plus, I usually expect, if I ask for no tomatoes, that I wont bite into a tomato when I eat my sandwich….

We got our food quickly and cut into child size portions just like we asked. My only complaint was the overwhelming amount of dijon mustard that was on the sandwiches. We ended up going to McDs to get food for the kids because they couldn’t eat theirs. Still, the employees were nice and the service was quick.

I’m sorry to say, because I usually have great reviews to give, that both times that I’ve been in this store I have not had a good experience. The first time it was a little busy, so I dismissed it as miscommunication and decided to try again. Last night 9/11 my two daughters and I went in for a quick bite. All the of us ordered very simple, all the sandwiches were made wrong and the two boys working there took off to somewhere in the back of the store and didn’t come back for so long that my daughters and I just ate our incorrect sandwiches and left. They were also in the middle of slicing meat, and just left it out, exposed. I won’t eat there again.

Price kills and I mean kills subway. Bread is delicious, meats are fresh sliced and delicious. Chips actually taste like potatoes fried with seasoning… you can still taste the potatoes!!!
