Went in this afternoon. The guy waiting on us bordered on rude. The bread is sooo tough hard to eat and the price was 21.00 for just 2 sandwiches. I could have gone to hyvee and bought the ingredients cheaper and not put up with attitude.

They want almost 27$ for a giant combo. I can get the exact same thing in Morton for 17 bucks, don’t go here, would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Charging 2$ higher than any other Jimmy John’s around. Waited for almost 15 minutes and they barely got our order right ♂️ ♂️

Every time I’ve been to this JJ’s, Jarvis has been the one who takes my order. Not only Is he friendly when he’s taking the order, but he’s very friendly when you’re waiting for your order and is quick to check in on you and strike up a quick conversation. I always feel very welcome when Jarvis helps me and I find myself hoping he’s gonna be there when I swing in. Jarvis is awesome.
