I ordered my food at 12:49pm. It is now 2:22 and my food still is not delivered. I called at 2:03 and was told that they don’t have an exact location but the driver is on the way. This is ridiculous. To wait this long for a sandwich and chips. Especially when I am a couple blocks away. Food was FINALLY delivered at 2:24pm.

Delivery is no longer “freaky fast.” I’ve lost count when it comes to how many times my food has taken an hr or more to get to me. With a newborn it isn’t feasible to come in and order. I should also mention this location is only 1.5 miles away. I won’t be ordering anymore.

I ordered using the DoorDash app last Wednesday August 16th around 10:45pm or so. On DoorDash it stated that they were taking orders until 11 but it turns out that they close at 11. Called the store and talked to an associate and he said that I would be issued a full refund and I still haven’t gotten it. I called the store a few different times and nobody knows anything about this situation and everybody has different stories and solutions. One person even offered me a free sandwich if I could come pick it up. A free sandwich? That’s not enough considering I paid for a meal, delivery fee and tipped their driver all on the DoorDash app. Sounds like I’m just out of $21. Smh do better.

So, the delivery cost increases as you add more sandwiches.. which is absurd. Everytime we’ve ordered delivery from the location in Uptown, it’s been late and the bread wet. Very disappointed overall with their standards. You’d be better served at any other sandwiche shop.

Never ever has this JJ or any other been able to provide me with a simple Turkey and cheese sandwich for my two kids! Every single time no matter how clear I make it you fill it with mayo, lettuce and tomato after every request not too!! This is 4 times in a row. The person puts it in as a Turkey Tom and never ever x out the tomatoes, mayo and lettuce. We are done!

Extremely fast, extremely reliable. Jimmy Johns is a superior form of fast food. the food manages test heathy without giving you any reliable nutrition! We were able to go from our school, through the drive-thru, and back to school in ten minutes, with the commute being 4 minutes each way. Jimmy Johns would have received 5 stars had they nit skimped on my buddies beef sandwich, but overall great job!

Bread was hard on the outside and dry inside. Very little mayo, which might have helped bring some moisture. Even with request to go easy on the lettuce, it was falling out of the sandwich.
