Went in ordered a sandwich. Was there for 30 mins they called my sandwich but it wasn’t what I had ordered. The women then said “bro this is what you ordered.” I think this is pretty rude considering I kept my cool. But not too happy about this. I love Jimmy John’s. But this was just unacceptable.

When you order food, you shouldn’t have to hope you get fresh bread. But that is what happens here all the time. Might get 1 out of 3, more like 4 with fresh bread. Seriously it’s not that hard. Don’t serve old or over baked bread. It’s too bad because other stores get it right most of the time, but not here.

Pulled into drive thru on Sunday, Feb. 26 at 9:40. I received no service from anyone. I went around front and saw an employee, so went back to the drive thru. No service again. Called the number and she answered. I asked if there was at the window. She said no and they were getting ready to close. I said so you are closing early. She said yeah, we’re out of bread she said in a bot so pleasant voice. I was a little annoyed as there was still 20 minutes of being open. Don’t think wanted to serve anymore. 1st bad experience here

Though the review isn’t timely…it’s from a 2/26/22 visit…the ladies working here definitely restored my faith in JJ’s! Kelsi & the crew there got my 4 sandwiches made perfectly & forgot no detail! I was very pleased with the quality & service here especially after my last 3 visits to other locations were less than satisfactory.

We were on a road trip and stopped for lunch. It was a great dine in experience, friendly staff and clean restrooms. We left and got about 2 hrs down the road when I kept getting a call from an IL number. When I finally answered, it was a Jimmy John’s employee from this store named Brittany. I had left my purse with so. much. stuff. in it. She found my number to let me know and then the store shipped it to me. Since I was already so far downt he road they kindly shipped it out that day and I recieved it in no time. Amazing! I was so thankful for her and the kindness of this store. The food was great but that staff was even better!
