This place was good. I did not notice any unkind or rude behavior from the staff, contrary to what most of the comments indicated. It’s a fast food restaurant, not a Michelin-starred establishment. BTW, Jimmy John’s sandwiches are always delicious.

Quick turnaround time. Took maybe 4 mins for my order to come out. Place is not usually busy even though it’s on Green St. People are friendly here. I recommend using the app to earn rewards. Their rewards structure is really nice. Probably a one off thing but my sandwich was a pile of oil basically, I didn’t ask for extra on my order so no clue why it was oily inside and out.

The workers give you a large side of attitude in this location and move like snails. They act completely disinterested about your food and don’t seem to enjoy being there. They all wear earbuds and point to them when you want too ask why it takes 20 minutes too make a sandwich. Avoid this location at all costs you have been warned.

Went in around 11 pm and ordered two sandwiches that were the same aside from one being an unwich. I asked for no mustard for both. Later as my order was being made I saw them grab bread for the second sandwich and I just asked to confirm “The second sandwich is an unwich correct?” and the workers angrily said yes. After I got home I took a bite, and the unwich had an insane amount of mustard in it, while the second one doesn’t have any at all.
