Every time I order from them at work (mind you I am not far away at all) it takes at least 45 minutes if not more than an hour to get my delivery. Doesn’t matter the time of day. Typically I try to just pick up as the wait is insane but on days like today where I don’t get a lunch, waiting over an hour for a sandwich is insane.

They take hours to deliver and deliver old sandwiches. If you call to talk to manager employees refuse to put them on the phone. They don’t care if you get food poisoning or not. Don’t go here save your money!

Mattoon Jimmy Johns is terrible. 1.5 hrs and still no delivery but the store says they delivered it. Never had this bad of service and will not go back!

Don’t order if you want lunch delivered….you may or may not get it. The Mattoon location has a penchant for super long delivery times. After a 2 hour wait and multiple calls to the store with multiple lies about when it would arrive, lunch hour was over and had to return to work without eating….never again!

I called and placed an order for delivery as the online ordering isn’t working. Fast forward an hour and the food still hasn’t arrived so I call back and am told the driver must have taken it to the wrong place. I asked them to remake it and ensure it got to the correct destination. It still took them another hour to finally deliver the food. I understand having to wait a little longer but I’d say 2 hours to get a cold cut sandwich delivered is just absurd, especially when their employees lost the order the first time.

This is the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I have never once gotten a sandwich freaky fast. Nearly every order we’ve done online for delivery is missing drinks or chips. Their parking lot layout is atrocious. You’re basically trapped once you pull in. With the exception of the parking lot I believe this place suffers from poor management. Its a lot of young people in their and they almost always look lost. I don’t think they’ve got good leadership.
