Customer service at this location is still very hit or miss. Today I purchased 4 sandwiches and cookies to go, and they set the items on the counter when done. When I am requested a bag, they pointed to a stack of bags where I could bag my own food. Individuals are getting tired of paying good money to receive attitude and bare minimum service and being treated like an inconvenience. Gone are the days where a business appreciates their customers-again, bare minimum. A food establishment that won’t be bothered to bag a to go order?

I ordered a giant sandwich. They rang it up as a regular. When they gave the order to me I told her the order was wrong. She said she would rang up another regular size. I asked if she charged me as a giant sandwich or two regulars. She said it was a 2 to 3 cent difference in a dismissive tone. I figured it out and it’s a 50 cent difference.

I ordered a combo with soda chips and pickle. I got my sandwich and soda and pickle. However I paid $2 for my chips and I didn’t get them! This is the third time that they forgot my chips. I ordere it at 12:09 and didn’t receive my order til 12:56!!!

Extremely rude customer service from the gentleman working tonight on NYE at 5:10pm. He was rude during my ordering, and EXTREMELY rude to a child behind me ordering, evening using hand gestures at her while yelling at her to speak up. He should probably not tell at children, and focus on personal hygiene especially in a food setting. I feel badly for the child behind me in line and feel terrible for his coworker who was a kind girl. I hope she gets the $5 tip we put in the jar.

I absolutely LOVE Jimmy John’s, but when moving from near their Shiloh location to Belleville almost 2 years ago, they wouldn’t deliver to me, (under 5 miles), and still don’t. Upset. My favorite hands down.

Freaky Fast? Snail slow is more like it. Order 2 sandwiches to be delievered. An hour later I finally drove to the location because no one would answer the phone to inquire about my order. We have tried to order before for delivery online and sometimes it says it isnt available probably due to being short staffed. That was not the case today. It allowed us to place the delivery order. An hour wait for a company that Prides themselves on Freaky Fast Delivery… Not impressive at all.

Ordered online and after an hour long wait I had to call and cancel my order because the freaky fast portion of their slogan must have taken the day off. The store was incredibly difficult to get a hold of over the phone to even cancel the order. Disappointing at best!

I bought a Turkey lulu and requested guacamole & cucumbers to be added. I got 2 pieces of Turkey, no guacamole and very little lettuce and cucumbers. They did at least put bacon on it. I paid a little over 10.00 for this mess. I was really disappointed with this place. I’ve never had issues here before but I wont be returning because I feel like they just stole my money. Beware if you go there. Check your order before you leave.
