Love the sandwiches here. Get them a couple times a month. Always order ahead online. Several specialty orders and they always get them right. So fast I barely make it there by the time they’re ready. The hunters club is great. Also recommend the beach club. The Cubano isn’t really a genuine Cuban if you’ve had them in south Florida, but still pretty good. Everything always tastes fresh.

The first time I ordered online to pick up. I went in after 20 minutes and they told me they ran out of bread. Said it would take another 30-40 minutes or they could put it in regular sandwich bread.

Ordered a sandwich and cookie. Tipped pretty good and hr later. Went to check and see if they came yet or not (cuz they normally late) . Mind you the driver didnt ring the door bell, knock or anything. My food was on my porch with ants all over it . Called them and spoke with robert the manager . He was apologetic and reassured me that he will talk with his team about how unacceptable this is. Gave me a refund . Had to throw it away in the trash can outside.

Every time I go here, they forget something they’ve charged me extra for- this time it was a dollar for cheese that I didn’t get, last time it was a couple of their kickin’ ranch. I’m not sure I’ve ever received the cheese they’ve charged me extra for at any visit. No one ahead of me in the drive thru, no visible customers in the dining room. Seriously, is it that hard to make a SANDWICH? What I came home with really shows how much this location cares about the service they provide. Not only is there no cheese I paid for, but there’s a sprinkle of lettuce, a couple of green tomato slices, and a scant helping of meat. I’m done with this establishment.

This use to be a great location but we have not experienced good customer service for months. Today, I called in an order at 2:17 p.m ( one combo meal with drink) and it is now 3:35 and I still don’t have the large drink we paid for. We less than 5 min from this location. The driver came at 3 and forgot our drink. She was kind and said she’d run right back and get it. At 3:30 we still did not have the drink so I called to cancel it. I was told that I could not get credit back for the drink until the next time I came into the store So I told them to go ahead and bring the drink. They said they would when they are able to.. I understand mistakes happen but at this location they don’t try to move very quickly to make things right.

WOW. Unimpressed. Came here two times. First time they are trying to pitch a online pickup order that its 20% off. Then stating that the in store experience is going away. So if I am come in and sit at your restaurant you make me feel as if I am not welcome. then it was repeated many times while we where there to the people wanting to dine in.

Update::3-5-23. They never have delivery drivers at the greenmount plaza by Walmart in belleville. Here’s an idea, use and delivery service, grubhub etc. Then I pull up to the store where 5 or 6 employees are working but they are short staffed and only doing drive through. I get back in my cat, drive around to be told I needed to pull back up front and they will bring it out.
